Attention pépite au cœur de Porto !!
Logement réservé pour 2 nuits pour finir nos vacances portugaises mais qu’une envie faire durer le plaisir.
Propre, bien agencé pour 4 personnes famille ou couples avec bien assez d’espace pour ne pas se marcher dessus.
La terrasse est LE + pour profiter d’un petit déjeuner au soleil.
Métro ligne D à proximité station Salgueiros ou Polo Universitário ( attention celle-ci est zone 2 donc prix en hausse) 6 stations et vous êtes en plein centre.
L’emplacement en rez de jardin permet une température fraîche et très agréable.
Pour les shopping addict le centre commercial Northe shopping est à un jet de pierre en auto.
Il y a un joli parc arboré à proximité immédiate et possibilité de stationner facilement dans la rue.

We enjoyed our quick stay at Luis’s place. It was a fast trip in an uber from the Porto airport. The park across the street was a peaceful place to stretch after our flight. The place was as pictured and Luis provided clear instructions for check in and check out. Would highly recommend

The garden right next to the place is amazing and there are all sorts of things around. Supermarket, pastry store, a few restaurants, the area is peaceful and with a lots of parking.
The outside sitting area in the apartment is def the spotlight.

Passamos dias incríveis nessa casa. Viajamos em família e com um casal de amigos e levamos nosso bebê. Na casa tinha tudo pra bebê. É confortável, limpa, e o Luiz foi solicito em tudo! Respondeu prontamente quando precisamos de algo, além de ser uma simpatia. A casa fica perto de uma praça linda de área verde. Foi tudo incrível! Recomendamos com certeza a todos!

La ubicación es perfecta en coche 14 min al centro caminando 30 min .. fuimos en familia con niños pequeños y nos sentimos muy cómodos luis fue muy atento a cualquier necesidad sin duda repetiría
